What method to choose?
1、 Look at scratch prevention
1. Whether the protective film is scratch resistant or scratch resistant is the most concerned problem. At present, the scratch resistant materials on the market are basically the same (2-3H), and the performance is good, only scratch resistant and non scratch resistant. The test method is to use a pencil with hardness of 3H and push it away 10 times on the PE protective film with a force of 500g at an angle of 45 degrees. If there is no scratch, it is considered that the hardness can meet the requirement of 3H.

Another simple method is to use a hard metal device or a newly cut nail on the surface of the PE protective film with the strength of a pen, a simple method is to use a slightly hard metal device or a newly cut nail on the surface of the material with the strength of a writing pen at ordinary times. If it is very easy to scratch, it will be determined that it is not scratch resistant. If there is no scratch, it can be determined that it has the function of anti scratch.
2、 Look at static electricity
Since LCD is sensitive device and afraid of static electricity, the smaller the static electricity is, the better when pasting the protective film. The test method is to prepare the protective film to be tested (3-layer material or two-layer material), smoke a cigarette, tap the ash on the table top, or make some small paper scraps on the desktop, and then tear off the top protective film of the protective film (this step is for the three-layer material), and then tear the protective film with silica gel When tearing off the protective film, immediately put the use layer (silica gel surface) close to the soot or paper scraps to see whether the protective film will adsorb these things on the silica gel layer of the protective film, and whether the adsorption degree is strong. The stronger the static electricity generated by the material, the worse the material, otherwise the better.
3、 See through too much
This point is difficult to identify with the naked eye, it is best to use optical instruments to determine. There is also a relatively simple method, which is to cut a small piece of each protective film and put it in the middle of the computer desktop one by one, and then create a new blank word document on the computer to check the whitening degree of the blank word file in the areas with and without the film or different film areas on the computer (Professional It's called brightness. The brightest material can be selected by comparison, and its permeability is the best protective film.
4、 Look at the haze
1. What about the haze of PE protective film? First of all, when the monitor is turned off, the method is the same as above. After pasting each protective film in turn, the haze of the screen background color will be smaller. The smaller the haze is, the better the material is. This method is easier to see the difference if the black test board is used.
2. Another way is to turn on a fluorescent lamp in a slightly dark room, tear off the protective film, hold it between the eyes and the light, and carefully check whether there is a layer of fog like things evenly distributed in the protective film, which is the culprit of haze. The more serious this kind of fog is, the worse the material will be, otherwise, the better (note that haze affects transmittance, but is different from transmittance!)
